Size measurements: There are not much variance between each size. (within .25 – .50 of an inch either way.)
It really depends on how snug of a fit you like.They will stretch to fit as well.
LG = 5 3/4in from mid-bridge of nose to under chin; 5 1/2in from mid-bridge to side;  3 1/2in side height
MED = 5 1/2in from mid-bridge of nose to under chin; 5 1/2 n from mid-bridge to side; 3in side height
SM = 5 1/4in from mid-bridge of nose to under chin; 5 1/4 n from mid-bridge to side; 3in side height
