Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
Coffee Bean Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Some delays may occur due to high volume and roasting schedules.
Any orders from the retail side through retail partners will vary depending on item and volume of demand for items. Some retail store items will take an average of 7-21 days. You will be notified of the shipping time frame of your order.

*Orders are not processed until confirmation of payment.
*Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
*During Holiday seasons (Thanksgiving and Christmas), we always suggest placing your orders at least 15-21 days out to ensure on time delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 2-3 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates depend on State and City, but free shipping is always available for orders $100 or more.
